Fees:

Condo Fees - due the first of each month. If Condo Fees are received after the 10th of the month there is a $10.00 late fee assessed.

Yearly Capital Reserve Fee- $100.00 due by January 31st of each year. This is a new fee voted in at the General Meeting of October 12, 2019.

The next payment due is January 31, 2023. Please, be aware that the Board of Trustees has mandated a fine for any Capital Reserve fee that is not paid by January 321st or if mailed if the post mark is later than January 31st. The fine is set at $25.00.

Meeting Dates

General Meetings - Cold Springs Presbyterian Church has opened their meeting space and we will be able to have our 2022 meetings there and for April 2022 we will be able to go back to our Coffee and Donut Social before the meeting begins. It will be so nice to enjoy coffee and conversation with neighbors again. Remember our social starts at 9:30AM and the meeting starts at 10:00AM.
