A Letter from our Board of Trustees

Dear Owners & Residents,

Now that the Pandemic is over and we can obtain space for our meetings we will have a General Meeting on Saturday, July 10, 2021, at Price Hall, Academy & Seashore Roads (Cold Springs Presbyterian Church Social Hall). Please, join us at 9:30AM for coffee & donuts and time to chat and visit with neighbors. Our meeting will start at 10:00AM.

Like all our General Meetings this is an important meeting and we encourage all our owners to attend. The Board of Trustees have discussed the need to increase the late fee on the Monthly Condo Fee. The fee is now a straight $10.00 but that does not seem to deter late payments. The Board would like to increase the late fee to $10.00 per week until the late Condo Fee is paid in full.

To do this will necessitate a change to Rule #25 of our Rules and Regulations. All owners are asked to attend the meeting and be prepared to vote on the change to Rule #25.

Rule #25 currently reads:

The Maintenance fee (Common Charge) is due on the first day of the month and must be submitted no later than the 10th of the month or a ten dollar late fee will be levied.

The new wording to Rule #25 would be:

The Maintenance fee (Common Charge) is due on the first day of the month and must be submitted no later than the 10th of the month or a late fee of ten dollars per week will be levied until the Maintenance fee is paid in full.
