Joan Payne takes care of our Welcoming Committee. All new residents receive a Welcome Packet that give them copies of our Rules and Regulations, By-Laws and other forms and information that will help with becoming familiar with our development and the area.

If you have move into the Bayshore Woods Community within the past year and did not get a Welcome Packet please contact Anthony Brando and we will be sure to let Joan know.
